What I do

I provide senior delivery and transformation leadership across ERP-led change, with particular depth in NetSuite implementations and recovery scenarios.

This includes:

• Stabilising ERP implementations that are at risk or underperforming

• Providing clear delivery leadership between the board and delivery teams

• Putting clear ownership and realistic plans into the programme

I work comfortably with boards and executives, as well as delivery teams, to understand the realities of the implementation.
